I play volleyball almost all nights of my work week. I was watching Iowa State play Wisconsin the other night - they looked like they could be ranked in the top ten. Don't get me wrong, I have seen Nebraska play on tv, but this Iowa State team has a sense of "TEAM" in them. The more you play as a team, the more games you win. Our ladies are playing with solid defense and distributing the ball evenly between the hitters. They will make history in the next few weeks.

Regional finals will be live on ESPNU Saturday, starting after the ISU-i**a MBB game. The Cyclones would play at 8pm CT.

man i hope Mich St beats Nebraska.. and we Beat Cal.. that way we can play Mich St..
in the Elite 8..again....

Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.

Anyone else see that on the frontpage for the college sports section it is Iowa State dominated? The v-ball team gets the main picture and the wrestling section talks about the ISU-Iowa matchup this week.
