General feeling in Iowa City is that Iowa needs both a new offensive and defensive coordinator. Friend of mine plays for Iowa. Reasons:
-outdated offense
-defensive coord. cant communicate with players
-for future, both are poor recruiters for Iowa. Things are not happy in Hawkeyeland.

I really don't want to nag you on this, but here goes...
Maybe instead of complaining to his buds about an outdated offense he should become a better player. iowa's offense worked just fine when they had a bunch of NFL caliber players. They don't have that now, so if your friend plays offense tell him to look in the mirror....
I have no idea about the defensive coordinator...
If players on iowa's team are not happy, then I AM very happy. I hope they all stay unhappy and drown their unhappiness in alcohol...  | | | |

Things you may or may not hear at Iowa's football banquet tomorrow..
1. You won't hear, Hey coach, what time is practice tomorrow?
2. You won't hear. Ed Podolak and Gary Dolphin saying, "no thanks, I will just have water."
3. You wont hear, We are lucky to have our All-American QB returning to us next year.
4. You may hear, we have an extra two minutes before dinner comes out, so lets show the offensive highlight video again.
5. You may hear, guys we have to hurry up with the speeches, visiting hours are over at 10.
6. You won't hear, please check all coats and jewelry in at the counter, Dominque Douglas is there to help you.

Iowa players don't give a rip about OCs or DCs. They are more interested in PDs and POs.
