DJ Marshall officially decommits...

Kansas apparently is actively after other teams commits (all fair in recruiting I guess). Looks like they have Marshall and a Texas commit coming their way. This is a big loss at DE for Iowa State. Still an outside chance to get him, but it doesn't sound good. On the Rivals KU free site.

Mangino is following after Bill Snyder, it appears.

And there's no chance of getting Marshall back, after reading the article on Scout.com.

Until we teach (MODEL) our kids the meaning of COMMITMENT, this stuff will continue.

Who needs him? I would rather have a kid of CHARACTER any day

Assuming that he does go to Kansas, it sure will be nice when we take it to Kansas in 3 years an he can realize what a mistake it was.

kansas may remain a JUGGERNAUT until their coach chokes on a chicken wing or something. They have a recruiting pipeline started like a Kansas tornado.

If my son or daughter are talented enough to be recruited to play college sports I will make sure that they understand what a commitment is.

Now if the situation were to change at said school, i.e. coaching change, that is a different story...

what do we expect in a ME society with a divorce rate of 50%.....

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.

I don't care how good he is, if he is not willing to buy into what Gene is doing, I don't want them here.
