Stupid, but so minor that who cares. If I remember Stinson got in trouble for the exact same thing.

LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) -- Kansas star Brandon Rush apologized Friday, a day after his arrest for failing to appear in court on traffic charges. Rush was released from jail Thursday after posting $500 bond.
He was to have been in court Nov. 28 on charges of speeding and driving with a suspended license Oct. 19. He also faces charges from a December 2006 case for driving on the wrong side of the road and having no proof of insurance.
"It was all my fault," said Rush, who practiced with the team. "I wasn't being responsible. Coach always says take care of our responsibilities. I just got confused on the dates and never showed up for my court date." Rush is the leading scorer the past two seasons for No. 3 Kansas. Coach Bill Self said Thursday that Rush would play Saturday when the Jayhawks (8-0) host DePaul. He had nine points and 10 rebounds in a 85-47 win over Eastern Washington on Wednesday night.

If he was confused about the date, wouldn't he have sjown up on the wrong day instead of not showing up at all?
Have any of you heard this kid talk? He adds "...and ****" after every sentence.
Not bad for somebody who got into KU with a 1.9 GPA at age 21, I guess.
