I"m a big fan of the three, but, I'm a bigger fan of winning. Had we relied on the three and the zone defense, we would have lost. This year we have the athleticism to play man D and also have a good zone. We have the capacity to score inside and outside and more depth in the paint than expected with the early development of Anderson. Those who have watched the Sisters over the years know that zone D is the norm. I am really excited about the potential of this evolution. The three point shot is unreliable - evidence - the Iowa game. Good defense and hard work in the paint will win games more consistently.
“We’ve got a pretty good football conference, and we’ve got a pretty good conference overall. We’re still walking around with our heads held high and our chest out, about that.” Paul Rhoads
