What does JP do to tick off the iowa fans.... I mean, what does he do to celebrate this victory?
Wonder if we can buy advertising at kinnick next fall???

Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.
ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other." | |

Perhaps a large bronze statute of JP right outside Iowa City on I-80. And a billboard of course.

Do the same billboard, just make sure it says something about being Cy-Hawk Champs 2 out of the last 3 years.
BTW, has either side dominated the series as much as ISU has this year?

BTW, has either side dominated the series as much as ISU has this year? Yeah - but up in CR? That was so two years ago....  How about on 1-80 by Coralville mall so all the hawk fans can see it while they're stuck on the interstate to get parking 5 miles away and waiting for the train
As for the domination, I don't think so. Tomorrow is probably a bit of a toss-up (I don't know anything about wrestling). But I think we usually have a better squad in gymnastics and there are two meets with points there. Guessing we'll lose the softball game...
Probably is going to get worse for iowa. (hopefully)

I liked the billboards last time because it kind of symbolized to me that Pollard was going to be aggressive, do things differently, and not only not take any crap from the Great Dark Empire, but dish it out, too. But this time, I hope we just low-key it. Probably just creates more spewage of the "little brother" and "Super Bowl" BS from a lot of Hawk fans. I do like the Series, though, because I like telling uninformed Hawk fans who assume they trample ISU in every sport, "SCOREBOARD!"

The billboard was fun but it allowed Iowa to use it as billboard material. It's all Drew Tate talked about his senior year.
But I don't think billboard material can help that school out anymore, so I'm all for it.

Lesson 1: How to use FlightTracker to keep tabs on your head coaches that are out interviewing for other jobs.
Lesson 2: How to prevent others from using FlightTracker to track you when you are out interviewing for other jobs.
Then, ADJP could offer the more advanced lessons, like "Special techniques for tracking Kirk F.", at the reduced rate of $1,000,000/lesson. ISU does have bills to pay...

How about a billboard that says,
"Got game? ISU does.......
(Cy-hawk winner 2/3 three years.
Winners in basketball and football in 2007)..........and you don't
Then put it right by coralville mall.
