Yes she is mad because the visitor locker room is pink and wants to file a federal complaint to see if any civil rights issues are being broken.

This is probably the one and only time I'm actually in favor of a frivolous lawsuit. I would love nothing more than for EIU to be stripped of that ridiculous pink-colored locker room and have the last vestiges of Hayden Fry's influence (well, except for Kaptain Kirk) stripped from them.

what color are the visiting locker rooms at the county courthouse? they seemed more occupied by 'students' than the one a Kinnick.

Is she suing because her civil rights were violated or that "someone's" civil rights were violated? If the latter is true, is she trying to get money for every football player that has ever used that locker room?

I just read this story and laughed out loud. Although just seems like a waste of time and resources. I may not like the hawkeyes, but the lawsuit just seems like a joke.

Funny thing is this idiot has probably never even been in said locker room. I do know this, if coach Mac hadn't told us the locker room was pink before we went to play Iowa I probably would not have even noticed.

Pink, purple, gray, black, flouresent green, it doesn't matter what color the locker room is if the visiting team came prepared and focused they will still beat Iowa.

Now with that being said I say keep it pink, even Iowa has the right to have a claim to fame for something.

10% of there team have had legal problems the last year. 3 of them are being investigated for raping a student. Pierre Pearce has his problems and this idiots concerned that the locker room is pink? NICE

This is probably the only thing I have ever agreed with the Hawkeyes on... I think it's a great idea to have the locker room painted pink. It's hilarious and I would have loved if we had thought of it first.

So can I go to this lady every time a color offends me? She would have to take the case unless she is just a glory seeking hypocrite. Can we get a cybookie event on whether or not she runs for some type of office in the next year?
