That is fine. You can run your site anyway you want, but you should let people know that it is not an open forum as you claimed, and at the beginning I don't recall you making any qualifying statements when you said no one would be banned. Now at the risk of getting banned myself, here is an unedited message from the only person banned from this board, and I agree with him, because I have probably read at least 95% of his posts.

What is all this noise about me attacking people? I have never personally attacked anyone without first being told to "suck a tit" or that I am an idiot, or that i suck and need to die. All I have done is express my opinion. The day before I got banned for supposedly attacking people I sent out 3 private messages; 1 to Syracuse clone, nothing negative. the second was to dbronc your moderator, agreeing to be in a debate that you wanted to sponsor, The third to cgwarrior for thanking him for his support, and telling him that I appreciated his support and opinion, although we don't always agree, i am just putting my opinion out there, If this is the kind of person you are, I feel the need to report you to the Cyclone athletic department (cyclone is a trademarked term) because I do not want you associated with the University that I love and enjoyed my time at. If you can find ANY PROOF I WAS HARASSING PEOPLE, or that I was ever the first to send a private message of any nature, please feel free to post it, as I know this never occurred. Just because the closed minded, kool aid drinking, pieces of trash that inhabit your site claim something does not mean it's true. Did you not stop to think that possibly a couple of the people that gave me my - 70+ rating got together and decided to make stuff up? Seriously if this is how you get your information, I guess there is no need to ever return to the site again. Unconfirmed email from people not involved in the situation, wow that is some good research. Have you no knowledge of the Salem Witch hunts. An unconfirmed rumor leads to a trial by fire, guess what I, the great questioner of the unproven, non winner mcdermott is being treated as. What is next, will you sell my organs to japan after my execution like china for dissenting? Maybe you should have contacted me to find out what was going on, I am not hard to find. My opinion is that you were tired of me being right and showing you up. We have had confrontations before, and although I have never gone to the level of name calling, maybe you were just pissed that I was costing you money to contradict you.

Discombobulated and I never got into any exchanges on the site, not one. I barely ever even replied to his topics because I felt others were better suited since they weren't the site admin. I try very hard on this site and do not appreciate it when one person drives dozens, if not hundreds, of users away just because they feel the need to call them names when they are either proved wrong or have nothing better to do. I appreciate the time you spent on the site but I can honestly say I cannot remember a single instance where what I posted as fact was ever disproved by you. I have had a very high success rate with being correct about information on this site. If you feel the need to only hear about things that are proven to be 100% correct, read the press releases from ISU. If you read anything else, your reading what could be considered hearsay, even if it's on ESPN or in the DM Reg.

When people register for the site, the rules have always been very clearly defined regarding personal attacks and inappropriate material. If you cannot be respectful to other member's and their opinions, you do not belong on a message board. If all I wanted on the site was my opinion, it would be a blog and not a forum.

I think you will find about 99% of the people on this site aren't just optimists but look at things and respectfully disagree but don't attack over it. I have no problem with different opinions, in fact if you read any of my early comments on the site, my goal was to have different opinions expressed. The reason you don't see many objecting to what I post is because they take a look at it and either see the points being made or they wait for the end result to surface. You have not said one good thing about that school in which you say you love. I have never met a person in my life that looks down so much on what they supposedly live for. If you were a fan, of any team, the last thing you would do is try to hurt the image of the team. There is a difference between being skeptical/pessimistic and being downright hateful to the program and any fan that wants to let things work themselves out.

You can say whatever you want regarding how you acted, I think everybody on here knows the difference between disagreeing and personally attacking. You crossed the line many, many times and that is it. I waited long enough until I had heard from so many people on the matter. If you want to express your opinion that strongly and call people vulgar names, start your own site and see how long people visit it. I spend my hard earned money to run a site as a hobby and the only thing I ask for in exchange is for people to respect the rules, of which there aren't hardly any. I don't ask for $10 a month like the rest of the sites, I just ask for you to respect the other posters, nothing more, nothing less.

Alright melkor................It is obvious that you and Discombobed are buddies and you are taking on his offense. Please do us all a favor and if you have an issue with Jeremy banning him, EMAIL him and handle it that way instead of this immature way. That email that you just copied from Discombob only confirmed to me why he was banned.

Reread the message and tell me this whole thing is not confrontational and bashing. Email Jeremy and hash out your problems with him there. You are just proving to us why Jeremy was right to do what he did. This is childish and I think you are better than this????????

Are you telling me you actually support this guy? Are you joking? This message that you say you agree with shows more signs of mental illness than any lucid, reasonable thought process. How could youpossibly find anything to agree with in there? Turning the site into the University? Salem witch trials? Execution and donating organs to Japan? WTF? It's a frealing message board, not a life and death situation. Grow up!

Someone is obviously very immature to write ridiculous, self-persecution crap like that, but you support him? He writes outrageous hyperbole like that, then says he's been right all along? Well, I'm sorry but when you exaggerate that much, how can you expect anyone to believe that what you're saying is the truth? You can't. And the stuff he wrote was neither true nor false anyway, it was OPINION, which can't be confused with fact. But he seems to do that.

You're losing credibility if you say you agree with anything he has to say.
