Nebraska

They look good. They are on Fox Sports right now and are realling putting it to Kansas in the first 5 minutes! They are already up 14-0!

Kansas is ahead and the RED looks TiRED and are dogging. The running game has turned abysmal. The receivers are covered.

EIU is the other Okoboji University for serious students and home of Captain Kirk who pilots the Enterprise on its Trek through the Universe for finding his next great job. Captain, beware of your Superbowl.

Re: Nebraska

Well as **** poor as we played, i feel our offense is better then KU's..... So i think we can score on UNL, but stopping them is going to take a monumental effort. I just don't see the ISU coaches coming up with a plan that will put any pressure on Taylor....

Re: Nebraska

I think Nebraska got away with one there at the end. On that long catch in OT, they ruled him out at the one. His foot was in bounds still, and the ball crossed the goal line. That should have either been a touchdown or a fumble. There is no way that the correct call. Personally I think he fumbled. In that case, all KU would have had to do was kick a field goal. I think the play was even reviewed twice. Not sure though because the wife made me switch to Trading Spaces.

I noticed on the sidebar it says 7:00 PM on ABC. Is this a national game, or am I just getting my hopes up?

Passing: 124/273, 1560 yds, 8 TDs

Receiving: 98 Rec, 1106 yds, 3 TDs

Re: Nebraska

I think I recall hearing that it would be over a large part of the country. Nebraska's defense did give up a ton of yards...I kept flipping between that and the EIU game. That Nebraska play in overtime did look like either a touchdown or a touchback, but they seemed to have only one or two angles on it, and nothing that would have changed the call.

Re: Nebraska

I was listening to the Husker call in show coming back home tonight and the host was concerned about Meyer causing problems for the front four.

I thought the O-line looked good in the second half (for once).

Re: Nebraska

Also about your QB posing problems for our secondary. If your QB can get into a rhythm, we're going to be in for another dogfight.
