I have one big ? and one smaller ?
1. Why doesnt parker start at DE any more?? i fell like i havent heard from him in a while.. and it doesnt make sense because the guy was making some huge plays when he was starting and we were winning.. and now he is not playing and we are losing... just a thought...
2. When is james smith going to be ready.. cause i remember that spring game.. and i want to watch him some more
Great questions. Surprised these are not being asked more often this week. The more depth the merrier.
If Smith could play for rest of year, he would probably start playing backup this week to make it worth his risk of reinjury.
Parker was the pure athlete three weeks ago, especially against Iowa. And then poof. Banged up or not if he does not play, he may have a mysterious chronic injury not unlike what happened to Stevie last year.
Missing in action just like the poor granny in this story:
An elderly Floridian called 911 on her cell phone to report that her
car has been broken into. She is hysterical as she explains her situation
to the dispatcher: "They've stolen the Cy stereo, the Golden Rules steering wheel, the Barney brake pedal and even the McC accelerator!" she cried.
The dispatcher say, "Stay calm, Maam, an officer is on the way."
A few minutes later, the officer radios in.
"Disregard.", He says. "She got in the back-seat by mistake."

Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style.
My guess on Parker is that he is 6' 230 pound 18-19 year old playing against 6'3" - 6'6" 290-320 pound 22-23 year olds. It makes sense that he is seeing less playing time. It certainly makes me appreciate how special a player Berrymen was and what he was able to do as a freshmen. To bad he was a completely and total moron.
