The ESPN link and Holmgreen hint at it, yet they won't confirm it.
I saw the injury and IMO, Matt will be out at least 2 weeks.
Look for Wallace to get his first NFL start this Sunday at Kansas City. It's a noon kick-off.

My wife and I are big Chiefs fans, and she bought tickets to see this game before the season started. The whole time we were hoping to just see Seneca get a few snaps. It would be a real thrill if he got to play the whole game.
Matt Hasselbeck has reportedly been initially diagnosed with a sprained MCL and is expected to miss "a couple of weeks," pending an MRI.
Hasselbeck will have the test administered Monday morning, so we should get the detailed results by Monday afternoon. Seneca Wallace is expected to be Seattle's starting quarterback in Week 8 at Kansas City.

Ouch...tough draw for your first NFL start...at Kansas City in October. At least he should be used to playing in the cold...but he won't be use to that hostile of a crowd.
I hope he can showcase his talents to the rest of the world.
