Random Football Thought of the Day
I've always thought that the turning point of the 2003 season actually happened in 2002, in Oklahoma to be specific. There was so much build up for that game, spirits were at an all-time high, but we know how the story ends. After that game we could do no right. The next season we were just as lost. No Hope in sight.
Flash forward to this year.
I thought today that the turning point to this season happened last year in Lawrence. We were playing really well last year, were blowing teams out, and had a shot at redemption for the Big 12 North. Stubbed our toe, didn't look good in the bowl game. Haven't shown much life this year.
Are we stuck in a hang-over, or do you think it's something else?

Its an intersting thought, we do seem to have incredibly long hang overs.... We haven't seen a well played game since what Colorado last year??

That Colorado game last year was amzing.
At that time last year I, as well as almost everyone else, could not wait for another home game. How fast things can change.
