Eh, Hawk fans think the sky is falling every time they lose then all it takes is a win over a bad team to have them talking about how under-rated they are and how they will be national title contenders the next season. Just like how everyone is mad that Tate started last weekend, the backup QB in Iowa City is always the best QB in the nation didn't you know? People know more about FB than Ferentz apparently too. Did anyone catch the call Monday morning on Cotlar's show where some guy basically claimed this and Cotlar just went off on him?

Wisconsin's qb is hurt. Minnesota sucks. They will finish 8-4. Go to the alamo bowl and play a Big 12 shool. That would be a hell of a season in our books. Worse case is they lose out and end up in the Motor City.

the backup qb isn't ALWAYS the best qb in the nation.....Tate was until his hand got hurt....he was on his way to the heisman and a presidential election. After all of that happened, then their backup became the best in the nation

eh, does it matter? the hawk's will always have a deceint team - some great ones, some average ones, and occasionaly a pi$$ poor one. They aren't my team, so I really could care less what happens there.
