Will there be any students at Mizzou Game?

Break starts Friday...will any students be around for the game? If not,it might echo in JT.

I never miss Cyclone football, no matter how wretched, repugnant, or tasteless it might be. I will cheer for the seniors and applaud McCarney.

I can't remember the last home game I missed (including before I was a student), and I'm sure as hell not going to miss Coach McCarney's last game.

I will be there but I will be sitting with my Dad, so I wont be in the student section.

One thing I have been pleased with this season is the attendance and enthusiasm coming from the student section.

Do it once more this season and again the next. And next year, bring a friend who didn't buy a ticket this year.

I wouldn't count on many students being there. For some reason the students would rather run home to mommy/daddy and their high school friends than stick it out one more day before heading out to Thanksgiving Break. It's a joke but also the reality. I doubt the balcony is even half full. Just speaking from experience here...

I hear ya, wonkadog. Not sure everyones hurry to get out of town. I'll head home Thanksgiving morning and drive the 3 hours back after supper the same night; but then again I also have to work the day before and after.

Not nearly as many as the last game. There are "FOR SALE: MIZZOU TICKET" signs all over campus. Lots of folks are heading home early on Friday afternoon, but there are also a good chunk of people that are staying for the game. Don't expect it to be as huge of a section as games earlier in the season, but it won't be a ghost town, either.

Any particular reason to see Fisher, or just a big fan? Just wondering. I will be in the Student section, even though I am a NIACC Student.

I will be there for the first half at least. How poorly we play will ultimately decide whether or not I leave to watch #1 v #2

joskvig and I will be there, but most of our tailgate crew is b*tching out for one reason or another (family obligations, I accidentally scheduled my flight home for saturday morning, blah blah f'ing blah). I think it will be a better turn out than it was originally going to be prior to the Mac resignation. Giving Mac a proper send off is my major reason for going (although I would have gone out of a sense of obligation to my own fandom anyways), and I think it will snag in a few students who had originally planned otherwise. I would like to think we fill it up, but I know it sadly will not happen.
