    The link provides an index of every coach in the NCAA showing their base salary, other income, and possible bonuses. It even has links to .pdf's of some of the coaches contracts.

    Ferentz is second in the NCAA in total income. Iowa is getting many wins per the dollar this year.

    The funny thing is, he and Pete Carroll have HUGE salaries, and Ferentz is #1 in the salary department. That's our State of Iowa taxes hard at work there boys.

    It surprised me how little Boise State's coach is making...just over $500,000 well below Pat Hill of Fresno State ($1.25M) and Hawaii's coach ($820k)...

    Another thing I noticed...North Carolina was paying their coach $311,000 before canning him and they just hired Butch Davis at $2.5M...wow, quite the jump!

    I loved seeing those stats today.

    I bet our Squawkeye pals love the fact that their head coach compensation this year is akin to paying $250,000 for a Ford Focus. Good move.
