Wait...what?

I was stuck at a family thanksgiving today and couldn't listen to the game at all. So, after we eat I'm glued to the TV trying to catch a score. I see we're down 3 at the half and then don't see ANYTHING until hours later when I just catch that we won. Then I get back and see Ryan Kock had 179 yards!?!?! I think that has to be a misprint so I go to the recap and see that our defense held on 4th and goal for the win?!??! I must be in Bizarro World!

Man, I wish I could have been there. At least it makes the parting a little more sweet than bitter. But, seriously, how did Kock get that many yards? Was Scales hurt or did we just go to Ryan? Where has that kind of running game been all year?

Scales played, Kock was just more effective.

Yep, if someone would have told me that we would have a running game today and a major defensive stop when it mattered the most I would have just laughed in their face. Great day to be a Cyclone indeed!
