Since it seems like the new thing to do I thought I would add one that doesn't rip on a candidate. I really like Patterson, anyone with me?

Yes, I am with you. There is really only one candidate I don't want and that is Norvell.

I think Patterson would be the best guy for the job. My only concern would be that he might have a pretty hard time convincing some of those Texas boys to come up north and play for Iowa State. It is different when you are pulling in the talent in their own backyard, but is he a good enough salesman to get them to come up and play in the fridge Iowa Novembers?

I would be THRILLED with Patterson, however I doubt we could get him to Ames.
