We've survived six games without Jiri. What will happen in the rest of the nonconference with him? No worse than 4-4 for 10-4. More likely than not, Ohio state on the road is a loss. Iowa, UNI and Bradley seem to be winnable, though not easy with Bradley the toughest. First up - UNI - loaded with drama. Their only loss on the road at Washington.

Who would have thought we would have started the season 10-4 or 6-0 for that matter, we have a great thing going for the basketball program.

i disagree, UNI will be our toughest test. I watched Bradley play in the chicago invitational last week and they are not the tourney of a year ago. They lost several key players from that team. I see Bradley as a very winnable game.

ya but bradley is a team that for some reason knows how to get the upsets, u never know when they will pop out and give ur team a loss
| Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative. ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other." |

I agree that UNI will be extremely tough to beat, but this is a winnable game. If we play the way we have the last 1 1/2 games then we have a good shot at it.
