Can someone do ISU-CentM comparison of common opponents?

If someone has access to scores last three years, would be interesting to compart common opponents. Central Mich. might hold up very well compared to our Cyclones.

This year CMU beat Toledo 42-20 and ISU beat Toledo by 2 points in double overtime.

that just means that he beats the teams he should and that they are winning some of the ones that they maybe shouldn't. something i hope we can say the same for us in a few years.
