With the recent news that Gene Chizik will be the new head coach for Cyclone Football (YES!!!!!), what happens here in Iowa with recruits? I have my sites set on bigger and better things like recruiting Texas, BUT can we maybe steal some of those O-Linemen that commit to the Hawkeyes the day they are born???
I think we have a chance, but like you said, right now and a few years more, our concern will be out of state. We now have a great coach, but still need the great team to lure some of the iowa kids away from iowa. Time will tell.
