That didn't take long. I guess the team needed a new direction - just not sure if an interim coach can right the ship.

This should also help in our recruitment of Jared Berggren. His top three were Minnesota, Wisconsin, & Iowa State according to Rivals.

    min. head basketball coach resigning

Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.

ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other."

yeah I saw that and it keeps making that win look not as big, I am not quite sure what to expect and EIU is also down so when we do beat Drake and EIU it will be an iffy 8-1 record, cmon Big 12 games

I can't help but feel we are at least partly responsible for Dan getting "Monson'd" up in Minnesota so early in the year.

Heck Westbrook is probably happy with this. After all, it is probably his father who caused the forced resignation so he could become the head coach. That was the only way he knew to guaranasstee that his son would have ample playing time.......
