Today should be much more tolerable as I'm done working at 11:30 to head to Vegas baby!
But that doesn't mean I want to spend the next 2.5 hours here...

This is new to me, but I like it's potential. Is it really a weekly thing on CF? My Friday job today is apartment shopping, anyone have suggestions in Ames?

If you need something fast, try west Ames, Mike. They have been putting up a TON of apartment buildings that are still pretty empty over there.

Are you a student Mike? Are you looking for an apartment next semester? I remember having to look for apartments and houses in January/February for a lease beginning in August...is it getting even sooner now?
Then I moved to Des Moines where you sign a lease about 2 weeks before you move in so when we were looking 3 months before, the apartment people thought we were crazy!

Mike - try www.amestrib.com. Honestly, I've been able to find apts there better than anywhere else, even the Daily.
