Have we ever lost to all 3 In-State Schools?

I think it will be the battle for 3rd place in the State Tournament. UNI will no doubt beat Iowa on Tuesday and I think with Iowa playing at Drake, they have a chance to lose to them as well.

In 1997-1998 under Floyd, we lost to all three Iowa schools by a combined 9 points. I think that's the only year that we have ever went 0-3 in state.

Well, we haven't lost in Hilton to Drake in 28 years, so that puts the mediocrity of this loss into perspective.

Ha..something tells me Friday will be the battle for third place. I watched a small bit of Iowa-Coppin State and they didn't look too good. Defense at times was good, but many many lapses. Offense had no flow to it. I don't think we'll go 0-3. Well...I'm hoping at least!
