Six of their losses have been by double digits.

Roman Gentry of Sioux City, who I think originally committed to UNI is averaging 2.5 points and 7 minutes per game.

I think we may have dodged a bullet on Jeter.

I don't think we can make any judgments on whether G-Mac over Jeter was better until a few more years down the road.

I firmly believe we got the best guy, but making comparisons right now is unfair.

Honestly, I am not sure this determination could ever be made. Who knows what Jeter would do here? I think it is best just to forget about these comparisons and focus on what we have here.

With wins against Radford and South Dakota State and losses against Washington St, UAb, Michigan, UNI, Tennessee Tech, Central Michigan, Oakland, and Missouri State this year, being 26-6 2 years ago and 22-9 last year, it doesn't appear they are heading in the right direction. Hmmm...2 years ago is when Pearl left.

I believe he lost all 5 starters from last year. I don't know how you could expect him to have another sweet 16 team on his hands. I would say that the Jury is still out on him until we see what he can do with a more experienced team.

I firmly believe we got a better deal with McD.
