IMPRESSIVE!!!! If my translations are correct he's averaging over 45ppg, 19rpg, and 13 assists. Please note i'm not the greatest translater in the world though. It's good to see he's playing bball some where and i would love to see him back in the states in a year or two and SUCCEEDING in the NBA like we all hope he will. Anybody know where Fizer is at? I know he was with the Hornets summer league and did good with them but haven't heard anything of him since.

Actually Curt just quit that team. He had a kid or something so he wanted to return the the USA to try and get on with an American Club of some sorts. Looks like he was doing well over there. Hopefully a NBDL team will pick him up.

Shooting 27% threes, 3.8 assists per game, 2.8 rpg, 13.7 ppg, 46% all, and 71% free throws. That is our Curtis allright.Heard he left the team earlier.

yea Wieben's sister had his kid, I think, plus he really didn't work out on the team, so he came home!

It's really too bad he was drafted by the Bulls when they already had Brand. He really could've been something special in the NBA.

Fizer was helped out by Tim Floyd at Bulls just like hios long range shooting buddy was - Big D.

Yeah Fizer got cheated when Floyd drafted him for the Bulls. I was hoping he'd go to Orlando because they had nobody at the time and he could have started right away and been a stud.

I hoped that the Clippers would draft big Marcus. It was pretty much the concensus that they'd use the third pick on him. But nope! They went with Darius Miles. Safe to say that both will live in infamy as two of the bigger busts ever.

I dunno. I was a big Fizer fan too but I'm not sure he would have ever made a good NBA guy. What NBA quality skill(s) did he bring to the table. Size...no. Ball handling...no. Perimeter shooting...no. Rebounding...no. I think he was at that goofy size that made him something between a 3 and a 4 and he didn't have the quicks or ball handling to play a 3 and lacked the size to play a 4. In the right system, he might have been productive.

Did you ever watch a Bulls game? Size....YES. He was a very big body, and showed an ability to become a reliable rebounder his second season with the Bulls. Ball handling? He's not a point guard. Power forwards generally don't need to bring the ball up the court or shoot threes. And he WAS a power forward.

I can recall many occasions where he blew by a slower power forward and just dunked the bloody hell out of it. Or when he posted up small forwards and scored at will.

The body thing is far too overrated. I don't buy into it. He had the skills and powerful body to succeed in the NBA, but didn't go the the right place. That's my story and I'm stickin to it!

I think Curtis Stinson will develop into a NBA player in the next couple of years. He's too tough!

I don't think size and strength were too big of a problem. He was about 6-8ish 250+ pounds which is about the same size Elton Brand is and no one complains about his lack of size. His problem was he was less than average rebounder and dribbling. Plus he was thrown into a bad situation with the Bulls. Right before he tore his ACL he was playing big minutes off the bench with the Bulls and had finally found his niche and ever since then he's never been the same player. I think in the right situation he could have been at the very least a good backup PF with some decent range on his jumper. He never really seemed to have much problems banging with the big boys, he was chiseled body with very good strength.
