CO Blizzard

Any other CO folks out there today? The blizzard is NASTY. We were supposed to be driving back to Iowa today. Uh. Nope. I bet there is 18" on the ground here in Greeley, although, it is hard to tell with the 35 mph wind. I went out once and almost got my 4x4 Ford Escape stuck in the drive. Wow.

Damn...sounds like you're getting a bit of a storm out there. :)

First real snow for your little one?

CyinCO- I got out yesterday afternoon from DIA to DSM, and am very thankful my ticket was for the 19th and not today! I've been watching some footage on 9news.com and it looks awesome! My brother in Colorado Springs told me he had a 10' drift on his driveway already.....

Re: CO Blizzard

My office closed today. We're expecting 3 ft in the southwest suburbs of denver. Gusts of up to 50 mph.

It's nothing like the storm in March of 03 though.

And it is raining here 5 days before xmas! It is supposed to snow in Iowa, but I guess Al Gore was right, it must be global warming!

We are hunkered down here in Westminster. The wife is doing some baking, the kids are watching those stupid a** cartoons, I am watching Channel 9 thinking to myself, ''Damn, it sure would be fun to be stranded with some of those HOT looking news/weather gal.'' But it is really bad out there, the whole city is shut down ( even the Nuggets vs Suns game tonite) ....HITMAN

I am holed up in Omaha and watching the rain and thanking God we have a Colorado to accept the snow.
