National Cyclone Club
I got my renewal notice in the mail today and plan on giving once again. I’m just wondering how many of you are putting your money where your mouth is? These donations are used to help student athletes, build better facilities and just help the program in general. I’ve said many times that you get what you pay for and we shouldn’t be surprised to be at the bottom of the Big 12 in sports if that’s where our Athletic budget is. :Exclamation: -
Re: National Cyclone Club
I think I am getting season tickets for the first time since 2001. I had split them previously. There may not be many wins next season, but a change is really good and I think there is going to be some hard nosed football.

Re: National Cyclone Club
Went up to the next higher level this past Fall, and E2E.

Re: National Cyclone Club
Had split tickets in the past on someone else's membership. Got my own membership as of 3 weeks ago at "Gold Plus"...$1500+

Re: National Cyclone Club
Wish I had the coin some of you are laying out.
As it is, I'm planning on upping from 250 to Cardinal.

Re: National Cyclone Club
Just graduated, and just signed up for the Varsity, and will try that for the first year! Its only $50, very very cheap for a year...less then $1/week. I would think anyone on here would be able to at least afford that, and I encourage you all to check it out if you have not!

Right now we give what we can afford and have plans to increase next year, once we've had a year to acclimate to the new house.
I'm ecstatic to see members are upping their donations. The program will only go as far as the fans are willing to support it.
And right now, it looks like we've got great support. -
Re: National Cyclone Club
Just signed up yesterday. I also am a member of the Gridiron club which I highly recommend

Remember, if 1 or 10 living alums joined NCC at the $100 level, we would have nearly $30 million of the upgrades funded. http://www.cyclones.com/ViewArticle....32&SPSID=60937 -
Re: National Cyclone Club
Upping my donation from Cardinal to Gold+. My company does a matching program, so I also printed off the matching application and gave it to every cyclone fan I know at the office. Most of which do not donate or buy season tickets. I think almost every one of them will donate at least the minimum of $50!!

Re: National Cyclone Club
I applaud you guys and your efforts. If every alum who is unable to go to the games for various reasons, too old to sit on bleachers or live in another state would just give one hundred dollars it would really help the athletic dept.
Come on fans and alums lets all pitch in with at least one hundred dollars apiece and get the football program where it needs to be financially so we can compete in the big 12 conference. -
Re: National Cyclone Club
I think people would be surprised how much of a difference even $100 from everyone would be. There have been a lot of people that have passed through the Halls at ISU. Every little bit counts.
And yes, my money is where my mouth is. I will be moving up to the Cardinal this year.

Does the NCC qualify as a charity or something? I've just never heard of a company doing matching donations for something like this, and was curious to know more about it.
True and Valiant
I also remember a game with Kansas when Cy (wore a huge suit then) went out to center field, squatted, and "pooped" a couple of chickens that had been dyed blue then chased them around.
