    Who's the guy sitting next to Thompson?

    Does anyone know who the black kid is that was wearing a white shirt and coming out to be with the team during timeouts and starting lineup introduction? Is he a player that we have red-shirting? I can't think of anyone...

    i dont know the name, but i know he is in the team pic..and if thats what ur talking about.then i feel really dumb..
    Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.

    ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other."

    DeAndre Turner is one walk-on, I believe we have another one too, but I am not sure if he is still with the team, I know for sure that Thompson and Norman are behind the back, I think Turner from one of the Des Moines schools is the other, a 5-11 Freshman I believe, but it could be the other kid!

    Demarco Turner, a Point from Des Moines East HS, graduated last year..I would liek to know what he did to imprese the coaches???

    Turner from Des Moines is on an academic scholarship to ISU I believe. I work for Des Moines Public Schools and I think I remember reading that on our district website one day a few months ago.
