Doesn't have to be contact if you put your hands up and get in the receiver's line-of-site. Kind of dumb rule but whatever. What about Simms and his assinine whining about how you don't go for 2. Anybody else wondering if he was really an NFL QB???

Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.

No, it's a rule throughout football, high school included. I didn't mean to come off as a ***** but I've seen this called plenty of times this year in college and the NFL.
