I was searching through the recruitng databases on rivals.com, and i happened upon accidentally clicking the video link of Phillip Bates. Now i dont have a premium membership their, and i got the video feed. Is this some type of promotion, cause i can get every recruiting video for free!!

He sort of plays like Bret Meyer. Not the fastest guy in the world but quick enough to roll out and make a play. Throws a solid deep ball from these highlights also.

He looks very quick, and a level above his competition. That is saying alot considering Omaha's talent level is historically impressive.
