And really good news for High profile athletes/celebs that like to keep all of their criminal ties. This definitely says, you can break probation twice, be involved in a murder at a nightclub and still be able to play football. It's good to know our criminal justice system doesn't overlook the fact that normal criminal behavior is just "bad decisions" if you are a celeb or pro athlete.

Hey, what trouble could he possibly get into in Miami during Super Bowl week?
Interesting how a few weeks ago he wasn't allowed to go anywhere but practice or games and now he's off to Florida.

Wasn't that while he was investigated or whatever? I understand why it seems suspect but I think the authorities were just following protocol.

Did you honestly expect a die hard Bears fan, who was also the judge in this case, to not allow him to go to the biggest game of his life. All of Chicago would be hunting this judge down.

Here's a more in depth story from the Trib. It's standard procedure to allow work related travel. http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports...-sportstop-hed | | |

Tank is just another man screwed by the system.. if they hadn't taken his guns earlier in the week, he could have defended his friend in the club.. thats right.. thats what I'm saying.. the solution is more guns.. I just wish I could rationalize something like this to keep tommy harris on the field too.

Tank has a significant advantage in this game. A Colts lineman might not touch him since he might be strapped and packin' heat.
