ISU Football Season Tickets - *Updated* 482 until 30,000!

The goal of 30,000 is almost reached! Been watching this a lot lately, I'm guessing it will be 30,000 by July 15th.

Any other guesses?

We were at 28, 500 on June 7th, so in 2 weeks we sold 300 more tickets. I figured this would happen, because there was an early push to purchase tickets, and now everyone who is going to buy them already has done so. At this rate, I would be surprised if we even went over 30,000 by mid August. I think there will be another good push once the season draws closer, and the media starts to hype up the season. But we probabley wont go over 30,000 until at least mid august.

As of today, ISU is just 22 season tickets short of the 30,000 goal!

Where did you see this. The website says they are 922 shy of the goal.

As of 8/7, according to www.cyclones.com we still have 482 season ticket sales to go. I'm a little concerened that were not going to get to 30,000

About a week ago there were over 700 left to sell, so we sold nearly 300 in a week. or so they say.

I'm not very concerned about hitting 30,000 anymore... we're pretty close as it is, and we've already smashed last year's record sales by 2,000, haven't we?

yes we have, and thedre are spoussed to be some season ticket promotions coming out here pretty soon, and the commercial just started being aired about a week or so ago. Once the season draws closer, the media will hype it and I'm sure we will see one last boom in season ticket sales.
There is not a doubt in my mind we will go over 30,000, and once the clones tear it up this year, we will see a huge increase in next years sales!

Do student season tickets count? My brother goes to school there and he hasn't gotten his yet. I'm sure there are many other students who have not yet gotten theirs.

Received the tix or ordered them? I'm sure they are added to the official total once the order is placed.

Student tickets are already factored in I believe.

Pollard said on an interview with Deace on Deace's old show that the 7,000 alloted tickets, are whatever it is, for students was already included in the total, since we have never had a problem of not selling out student tickets.

Pollard said in some interview I heard that they figure 7,000 tickets for students and that number is figured in already. He said at the "Meet the coaches night" in West Des Moines that they were expanding that by another 700, but I don't think that number has been figured in yet because it would have put it over 30,000 by now since we were only 922 short the middle of June before they made that decision.
