6'3" with 4.4 speed. Let's hope he gets his academics in order and can stay eligible at ISU.

Do we really need a JUCO WR? I thought WR was our deepest position? I guess the coaches thought otherwise.

Scout has him listed at 6'2" 195 and Rivals has him at 6'3" 175. That's a pretty big difference.

Watch the 'Huskers Rolling' video. Wish we had Miss Ashley Russell reporting for us on our recruits. Get on it CF!
EDIT. Here's a link to Ashley.

With Davis graduating we have a strong receiving core, but lack a burner to stretch the field. Great pick up and good to see coaching staff that targets those specific needs. Study hard Wallace.

Actually RJ summerall is a burner. He just was never used that way. RJ actaully was or is on the ISU track team running the 100 and 200 I beleive.

Looks like he originally signed with Nebraska out of high school. Didn't qualify and went to JC for 2 years.

he originally signed with Nebraska, didn't qualify, signed with Nebraska out of juco didn't qualify, and now we have him, I think this is the kind of commit where if he shows up great, but if he doesn't it isn't a huge loss, he is just someone that if he does show up he would be a huge get!

Hopefully he can make it here. Sumrall is fast, but not really a burner, runs in the 4.6 range. With Blythe, Franklin, Moses, Sumrall, Hamilton, Messiah, and Montgomery we should be in good shape.
Also, does anyone know how the coaching staff is going to use Zac Sandvig? I believe he is too good with the ball in his hands to have him over on defense. He is listed as a DB, but he was also the offensive scout team player of the year, with Bailey Johnson taking home the defensive honors.

I distinctivly remember him being faster than that. I have a hard time believing our punt returner is slower than Alvin Bowen. Not taking anything away from Bowen obviously.

Yup just checked. He was listed as running a 4.45 when he came here and I think he even improved on that speed with help from track.
