USC upsets again

USC upsets #9 Oregan by 3, think they'll FINALLY get ranked this week?

How can their football team get so much phantom respect and their basketball team be so overlooked?

It takes time to turn around people perceptions of a program.

Same kinda thing with ISU, even in the sports that we can kick the crap out of EIU, everywhere else in the country is convinced that the Hawks will when.

Not sure you can call them upsets anymore...maybe just because they aren't ranked.

They are very good. They can beat almost anyone.

Even if they're just outside the poll, say 26th, 26 over 9 is a big upset.

I have no particular love of hate for USC basketball, want to see Tim do well - but whatever, they are severely under-respected.

I can't even tell myself, it was from that pic after the Mizzou game where the bench cleared and gang tackled WJ - I just cropped the kid because of his expression

That's your opinion. If you have watched USC this year, and seen the teams they have beaten, it's NOT a 'big' upset. But that's my opinion.

The real question will be, starting next year sometime, where will Tim Floyd go next? I don't think USC is his dream job.

I truely enjoyed his time at ISU, and without a doubt, he is one of the best defensive Xs&Os coaches in college BB.

USC probably has the money and location to build a great basketball program. If Tim Floyd wants to build something, I think he can do it at USC.

How is this an upset at all?????? They beat Oregon already this year AT Oregon!! So when you beat them on your home court 3 weeks later I would not say that is a big upset. I think one of the reasons they are not ranked yet is the fact that they do have something like 7 losses

Why is this post under "ISU MBB"? Shouldn't it be under "General College". Floyd may be the next guy at LSU if they don't turn their season around soon!
