I'm hoping we pick up Christopher Lyle, a Juco DE who is 6'4" 255 and runs a 4.7 40. Size and speed. Seems to be a common theme in this year's class. All in all I think Chizik is doing a pretty decent job. And I like the fact we are binging in some DT's and OL that might be starters this fall.
I have not been on this board for a considerable time for being ill, so excuse me if this has been stated. I was watching Cy-Hawk talk with Deace and Miller and Deace said that Chizik had let him know that no scholarships are available anymore. He said that it was shocking since only 15 or 16 players have been known and that obviously on Feb. 7 they are going to come out of the woodwork. If this is true then I would say we didn't even have a schollie for Cook. But I don't know if he was maybe an 08 recruit.
