I had a sick feeling in my stomach actually when that fired up. I might be a lot of things, and I have taken shots at ISU in the past and dont deny it, but I am not disrespectul to where I would do that intentionally.

Exactely. Why any Cyclone fan would waste their time listening to JonDMiller is beyond me. His show only sells to the few drunk tavern sqauwks over at Gene's Place.

Does he give us a fair share of time.....Yes

The way you are coming across, is that you would rather Jon not talk about Iowa State at all.

I believe that Jon gave a sincere apology not only on his show, but on this site. Mistakes happen, and to pound him for it is irrational. Im sure everyone has done something in their time that they regret and would prefer people not to harass them for it.

So I politely ask, as you choose to be a member of this site, to respect his comments and keep your thoughts to yourself.

I've said it before, but his show needs a co-host with cardinal/gold colored glasses, so we can have promo's against the Hawks. I'm sure that would get some "yuks" out of the Hawk fans.

Someone let me know when that happens as I've officially tuned out.

He's got a radio show, and we have to keep our comments to ourselves? Brilliant!

I've quit listening to both, but, yes, I would choose Jon over those two as well.

I just can't for the life of me figure out why management at KXnO wouldn't put a counter-part to JDM on with him. I would go out of my way to tune that in.

man, if a commercial with jon's daughter is bugging anybody here you really need to lighten up. it makes me smile when i hear that bump, but careful because living in dm, she may grow up to be a cyclone. i know you said she is a guns fan, and the only place in iowa she could have heard them would have been at hilton.

was a very enjoyable show today, at least for me. i enjoyed hearing the coaches.

As someone in the business, I can say that he is telling the truth. If you think there is a radio station or television station in town that still hits a play button for anything, be it a commercial, a song, or a bump out of break, it's time to get out of the 80's. That has been gone since WKRP went off the air. You're lucky if the person talking is in the same state as you.

And I, too, would rather listen to Jon than M&M. And I would also like to see it more of a point/counterpoint style show.

Every time Jon comes on here letting us know he's doing a Cyclone piece, a few village idiots go off and prove every fanbase has its share.

I guess I'm confused on this. Jon says he was "sick" when the bump came on before the ISU segment. What is the difference if it was played before the assistant came on or 2 days ago. If you are "sick" of the bump then you shouldn't play it ever. So it is ok to play it unless it is right before a ISU coach is on the show? You know what they say, "it is easier to ask for forgiveness then to ask for permission".
