I would think so. He and Kellman are two guys to be really excited about. Kellman's got a freakish body (6'6", 260), and he'll be a freshman. Lyle's 6'4", 255. They've both got around 4.7 speed...big DE's with speed, something we haven't seen in a while!

Jay Moore was 275 and Adam Carriker was 285 and both probably will go pro. These two may eventually be that size.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style.

GC said on MM that Kellman was 6'4" 255 lbs. But that is still good size, a lot better than what weve had out there lately. Will Parker still start next year?

i think parker will be the suprise player next year, again, this year he was very good then i believe he got hurt, but i see him gaining some weight and coming out and being a good player, i think the fact that we will have some speed on the D line will be key to the success of this team, because we have to be able to rush the qb unlike last year.
Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.

ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other."

Re: Does Chris Lyle project as a Strong Side DE?

It is nice to have some depth and competition on the D-Line. With Parker, Taylor, Braaksma, Lyle, and Weir and able to play DE, plus some other holdovers we should end up with two pretty solid starters.
