Italy bans fans after excessive violence

Maybe we'll just stick to football ... Sqawkeye fans can be a$$holes, but nobody is killing cops.

Cowherd had a segment on this on his show this morning - there's a reason they call them "soccer hooligans" - what wastes of space.

Yeah I was listening to a bit of that segment this morning to and was thinking of making a post on here about it.

It is a really sad state that soccer is in over there. I read they had to close down something like 15 stadiums to the public because of security concerns.

We as football fans may get drunk and rowdy at times but there are no circumstances that I cna remember where it even got remotely close to this.

They should just cancle the season, of course that would probably cause a big riot

Why don't they consider reducing the number of fans instead of barring them altogether? Maybe a quarter, to a half of the regular number of fans? I would think that would help the situation - although maybe not stop it altogether.

Not only is soccer under attack, it can esily take three to four weeks to deliver a postal package. Two thirds of stadiums were sun par for egress.
