About OK and us:

Oklahoma [14-9 (6-5), RPI: 73, SOS: 52] Just a crushing road loss for the Sooners at Iowa State on Tuesday night. That stops the winning streak at four and leaves the Sooners in a lot of trouble with a final five of A&M, at Mizzou, Texas, Kansas and at K-State. The big three are all at home, so they'll have their chances, but it doesn't look great right now. Only 2-7 vs. RPI Top 50 doesn't help the cause.


Funny note about Iowa in the introduction:

How do you evaluate teams that win good leagues (Horizon, WCC) ahead of teams that have better at-large profiles? How do you sift through the bunches of solid-but-not-spectacular teams in leagues like the ACC and SEC? How much hate e-mail can you get from Iowa fans for not believing a 14-11 team with an RPI of 80 is a legitimate at-large candidate?
