Yeah, they're setting basketball back a bit with this performance.

Michigan State is very mediocre this year and they've nearly tripled Iowa's offensive output with 3 minutes left in the half.....wow. What a dunk....

I really want to revel in this... but at the same time, I'm empathetic, as lord knows we have struggled this year- sometimes in similar fashion to this game.

no defense.
cold shooting.
turnovers.
hot shooting opponent.

I agree. We've been there before this season. The only thing I'm reveling in with this is the fact that this should put their NCAA tournament at-large bid hopes to bed.

the announcers were saying a road loss in conf. doesn't disqualify them... but gosh i dunno.

Of course they still think they're a tourny team. You kidding me? They seem to always come up with some great excuse for which this stuff happens. This will make them think they are more than deserving of an invite now.

Losing to anyone 81-49 means you should not be in the tourney. Plus MSU is not that great of a team.

Wow, I just saw the final score. The just out played in everything in that game. I am pretty sure they are not getting in now. Unless they win the Steve Alford Invitational.
