There is this t-shirt I am in dire need of. I’ve been close to getting in for a coupe years now, yet it’s eluded me. It’s gotten to the point I’m so needy for it – it pains me. I'd pay $100 for this t-shirt, maybe more.
I can’t wait for that sweet day of glory when I go into a store and find that glorious shirt. Pay for it and quickly scamper out of the store. Before I get to the car – I become too impatient and must put it on right away. I need to wear it…now.
I pull it from the sack and like an impatient child - leave the tags on it – I put one arm through one sleeve and then the other. Finally I pull it over my head and let gravity settle the shirt into its rightful place.
And on it, it says…
“Iowa State Cyclone Football. Big 12 Champions!”
Make it happen Gene, get us this shirt.

Excellent shirt, but it would look better with a picture. Chizik and staff leading the team on the field. behind the players a HUGE cyclone...

Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.
ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other." | |
