poll on the front page of ESPN college football on whether or not Iowa will have a winning season next year. Lets give em a glimpse of what the whole country thinks of them, not just the redneck in the eastern part of the state.

I voted they will.... well because they will. Unforutnately I don't think we will have the same. Wish I could say it is the other way around, but Iowa just does not play anyone but wisconsin next year. They could easily win 10 games, the big 10 is weak outside tOSU and MU.

Why is that even a poll question on ESPN?

Iowa has a very easy schedule this coming season. Non conf games include: Northern Ill, Western Michigan and Syracuse. Add to that the fact that they don't have to play either OHIO STATE or MICHIGAN and it doesn't get any easier than that. Big 10 schedules are goofy.

Well hopefully Iowa will forget about Syracuse again this year and maybe they will blow it this time.
| Chizik: "One thing that I’d encourage our fans… I want them to be the loudest stadium in the Big 12. I don’t care… I want Jack Trice stadium to be the loudest in the Big 12 and I think that creates homefield advantage.... I want to stress to everyone…I want this place to be juiced up. They bought 36,000 season tickets so there is a passion there…don’t hide it… let it out. I want there to be a passion in the stadium."

HAHAHAHAHA | "We have gone forth from our shores repeatedly over the last hundred years and we've done this as recently as the last year in Afghanistan and put wonderful young men and women at risk, many of whom have lost their lives, and we have asked for nothing except enough ground to bury them in, and otherwise we have returned home to seek our own, you know, to seek our own lives in peace, to live our own lives in peace."
