In answer to your question, I don't know if Greg can be that guy. What we will see with him is a well coached, disciplined team that will play consistently either at home or on the road. If he has the right group, then he can win the league, but it won't be every year.
No one expects him to win the league every year. I don't think there is a team out there that expects their coach to win their league every single year.

This will all play out in the next 3-4 years. I had to chuckle when you that you don't know a team that expects their coach to win their league every year...Well I instantly thought of the Kansas Jayhawks!!
I will guarantee you that their fans are thinking championship every year...I happen to know a bunch of KU fans and its championship or bust!!
I don't think that A&M will stay on top they lose too much this year Law, Pompey, and kavaliauskas. Jones and Carter are probably back but could leave. It will be though not having a point guard that has started for 3 years see ISU.
Towards the end of the game, I had that feeling again. The crowd was doing what it should be, the players were tightening up, CU was making mistakes....Hilton Magic took over. I know this because for a split second I forgot that we have slim post season hopes....I forgot that we're 4-8 team desperately trying to beat a 2-10 conference team. In that moment, I forgot about everything and getting this win felt like a post season game. The crowd was AWESOME tonight!!! great win!
Not to pin this on you 'jones', but it seems like after every win this year a thread starts at how Hilton Magic is back and so forth. Then two days later, in a thread we all start bashing the crowds and how it needs to improve in many ways. I guess there really isn't a point to my post, just am getting annoyed with this.

Read again: I never claimed Hilton Magic is back....because clearly it is not. We've lost 4 home games this year. All I said is there were a couple moments of it for ME and it felt great.
