Has anyone else been watching the thermometer on cyclones.com? I have been checking it once a day for the last few days and every time its up by about a 1,000 tickets. At this rate we will have 30,000 in a week.
That is good news. With an estimated 8400 season tickets (students got an increase by agreeing to some re-seating) from students, we are near the last year's record already. It is a very attractive schedule.
[blockquote][/blockquote] This represents my opinions. It is a 100% certainty that I will be right or wrong.
I am guessing it will slow down after a few days. I know mine are all written up, I am just delaying writing the check till the last possible moment. Since they are due on wed, I expect that number to fly next week and then stagnate.

I expect a significant slow down after the first week of March. The end of February was a magical date so many fans are getting their orders placed this month. I think we'll see a lull for a while after this month.
We had around 30k in season ticket sales last year - right? So if we're not at or close to 30k by the end of the month - is it fair to say a good number of folks didn't renew from last year? And I bet the current number of around 21k isn't all renewals - but has some new orders in there too.
I'm very interested to see what the numbers are in 2 weeks.
I remember last year when they were doing the same thing on cyclones.com. Last year our tickets had to be ordered by May 1st right? Someone correct me if I am wrong but we were along ways (26000 sold) around May 1st. We hit 30,000 in July. If tickets sold this year is 26,000 Feb 1st we should be well into the 30's buy July this year.
