How appropriate. When I saw Welmer reffing last nights Fresno State / Louisana Tech game, I knew seen him at least four straight nights. Bobby's comments got me to pay more attention to the refs.

Seriously i hate watching Welmer ref, will someone please buy him a damn belt. If I have to watch him do his little hop trot step down the court followed by a nice little pant pull up shimmy one more time this season I may lose it.

Welmer is pretty awful in multiple ways. He's not nearly as bad as Ed Hightower....that guy's the showboater of the ref world. He screws everybody over with the consistently horrible job he does....I guess his consistency is a good thing  | | | |

I think Welmer's alright. The players and coaches always seem to get along with him.
