Yeah I'm not buying this blizzard crap for Des Moines until I see it roll in. They said it was supposed to be freezing rain at 9am and blowing snow by noon. Here we are at 10:20am with 34 degrees and some light rain. Maybe other parts of the state gets hit hard but for now I wonder if we won't see more than some light snow in Des Moines.

Omaha is BAD! I can't even tell if its snowing anymore....just a white out.
Somewhere between 9-12" right now with 35-40 MPH winds. First Blizzard warning here since '98.
