MBB Satisfaction Survey from JP

I received the following today:

Dear Cyclone men’s basketball fan:

Iowa State is close to wrapping up the 2006-07 men’s basketball season, and we
would like to hear your opinions. We’re asking you to spend a few minutes and
complete an on-line customer satisfaction survey to share with us your likes
and dislikes of attending Iowa State men’s basketball games at Hilton Coliseum.

Conducting a comprehensive review of the services, facilities, and marketing
efforts from the past season will be an annual endeavor for our department so
that you can share with us your customer service expectations for Cyclone men’s
basketball games.

To accomplish this task, the ISU athletic department has teamed with CJ&N (an
Iowa-based market research company) on this survey.

I'd suggest that anyone who gets the email, to fill it out. At the end there is a comment/suggestion box. I used it to suggest the return of the Shoot 5 for 5 halftime thing, removal of one of the "shuffles", how I loved the lighted ring and new scoreboard, and expression of thanks for the $99 balcony corner tickets.

Anyone else get this? I think it's a great way to let your suggestions and improvement ideas to Hilton and the gameday experience be known.

I tried it and it doesn't work. Plus when I click on the link in my email...It says "thank you for completing the survey".

I think it was mailed only to season ticket holders. If you are a season ticket holder, I apologize

I got it and am not a basketball season ticket holder.

Did have FB season tickets, however. And I did purchase single game ticket from the cyclones.com website.

My biggest beef was the videoboard on the scorers table changing so often during the game. I found it rather distracting. That and parking for the last game I was at (CU), we had to park near JTS and a ton of lot up front were wide open, but closed off. I hadn't seen it to that scale at a bball game before. And it wasn't that way the week before for the OU game - or at least that we noticed.

Otherwise, I was pretty happy with our experiences at Hilton this year.
