Yes, Bud is a poor choice - Bud Light however, excellent.

Anyone that has been to house parties in Ames & IC ever notice Ames tends to have Bud/Busch products and IC tends to have Miller? Of course, our favorite back in the day was "whatever was on the keg shop fire sale"

drank some Captain Morgan malt beverage one time that was absolute ***** in a bottle - but we bought it for $3 a case!

Isn't it the same rice beer, just a little more watered down. At least ML has some beer like flavoring.

For those of us who are too far from Ames to attend Cyclone games and are usually watching on tv... now you will never be too far from your fridge!

    Ignore the Duke shirt...
And Sharper Image hasn't picked up on this yet?!?!

Right on, clones_jer, we actually bought an Icehouse keg at 327 Stanton! And I remember buying some of that Cap'n Morgan crap...I would've rather fermented some Cap'n Crunch!

Ahh good old icehouse, that brings back some memories. It was cheap, strong, and actually did not taste too bad. Should pick some of that up for tailgating this fall.

Bud light sucks. I have to go with Miller Light, though back in the day, it was Milwaukee's Best Light. Quantity over quality. Plus they had Milwaukee's Best quick stats for a while on the Cyclone basketball games. My stomach has almost recovered.

I thought you had to be over 50 to buy the Beast.

I'll drink Miller,Icehouse, (I'll drink about anything), but the Beast is too much, and yeah, I know - "it says 'Premium' right on the can" - its still swill.

We used to get "dirty thirty" packs of the High Life for something like $10 at Hy-Vee!

Milwaukee's Best Light (The Beast) is friggin crap, so is PBR & Icehouse...if you have to go for quantity get Busch Light, the dirty 30 baby. I can't do 30s of Keystone - tastes funny to me...

Bud Light and Miller Light are okay, but High Life is crap.

Quality light beer is Coors Light!!! Rocky Mountain Refreshment!

Amberbock is the dark beer of choice.

Amber is a good beer, if you like it, you will like Shiner too. It is like amber but a little smoother.

My beer of choice is Fat Tire, I wish you could get it here, but everytime I go west, I pick up a few cases. ColoradoClone probably drinks this all the time.
