We have 2 enormous people at the end of our row that cannot even bother to get up when you have to walk by. They actually complained when my wife was pregnant with twins that he had to go pee too much. They are lucky she did not end their lives right there. Well under the cirmstances he didn't have much choice. He argued with the usher and he probably was not the most sober on top of it so best to not get too worked up and just figure something out. It was complete BS at the time but getting kicked out of the Iowa game would have sucked.

I guess I would have just walked over to where my seat number is and squeezed in, if someone was already there, I would make them move.

You should leave her at home and take me instead!! Some people wear Superman pajamas. Superman wears Chuck Norris pajamas. -

Those metal seats probably are great conductors of electricity.... -

I would rather see a red brick and stone fasad put on the stadium.

Re: Seat backs for Jack Trice
I agree. Just because I'm smaller doesn't mean a big person next to me can take part of the seat I paid for!

Adding seat backs to the entire stadium will get rid of that crappy cement look you see when you stare at the empty seats... which is around 358 days out of the year for 3 hours...right?

Hopefully we don't have that problem for long!

Concrete is our thing. It can be made to look good (C.Y. is an awesome building!) but Trice needs work. I honestly think the new fencing will go a long way in improving the overall stadium look, along with the new concourses.

Re: Seat backs for Jack Trice
Actually, thinking about it more, no one should need seatbacks because everyone should be standing the whole time!

Re: Seat backs for Jack Trice
Last year, I had the same problem. My wife and I got to our seats early (as usual) and the 3 seats next to me were empty until halfway through the first quarter. Then, these 3 smoking-hot drunk chicks finally took these seats. This prompted my wife and I to change seats as a) The one sitting next to me couldn't stay in her seat, and b) Divorce is expensive as hell.
If looks could kill....

If looks could kill.... As long as I have a lap, smoking-hot chicks always have a place to sit.
