    S.O.P.

    Standard Operation Procedure...

It was Chizik's answer to the everyday, 5:30 in the morning, in your face workouts the kids are doing. He's not just weeding out the weak, this is S.O.P.

    NOW THAT'S A T-SHIRT I WOULD BUY!!!

Chizik's father was a Marine. I guarentee you as a Marine myself that the term SOP came from his father.

    1.3 Benefits
The development and use of SOPs promotes quality through consistent implementation of a
process or procedure within the organization, even if there are temporary or permanent personnel
changes. SOPs can be used as a part of a personnel training program, since they should provide
detailed work instructions. It minimizes opportunities for miscommunication.
I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everyone.

You could always have one made. You'd just probably get some weird looks.

It would be the only time I think those Bowl Game shirts are cool. How about with your Big 12 Champions shirt you get:

"Iowa State vs. USC Fiesta Bowl" T-shirt.

At this point, I would be happy with a "ISU didn't pee down their leg in the 2nd Half" shirt.

"Day after day, situation after situation you do things the right way. If you do things the right way, in life, you are going to be successful. I'm not just your football coach; I'm not just here to win games. I could not be prouder of who we are and who we are becoming, together. You do things right in the classroom, off and on the field; that's whats's makes us Cyclones and that's what our culture's all about."
